Refund policy
1. Overview
At Enlite.Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a clear and fair return process. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility and Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within thirty days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Any item showing signs of wear, use, damage not caused during transit, or missing components will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include final sale or clearance items, gift cards and digital downloads, items marked as final sale at checkout, personal care or hygiene-related goods where applicable, and any item returned outside of the thirty-day return window.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@enlite.shop within thirty days of receiving your order. Your request must include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Enlite.Shop does not provide prepaid return labels under any circumstances. All return shipments must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method, as Enlite.Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments. Cash on delivery or unpaid return packages will not be accepted.
6. Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, and if it meets eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within five to seven business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If a return does not meet policy requirements, the item may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense or disposed of at our discretion.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within five days of delivery and provide clear photos documenting the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on availability and the circumstances of the claim. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
8. Exchanges and Store Credit
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Store credit may be issued in place of a refund at our discretion and does not expire.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation once placed. If an order has already entered processing or shipment, cancellation will no longer be possible and the order will be subject to this return policy.
